At Simply Homeware, we want you to love every item you bring into your home. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify, items must be:

In the same condition you received them

Unused and unworn

In their original packaging
-
With all tags and accessories included

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label

Clear instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note: Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are not eligible for return, including:

Hazardous materials or flammable goods

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want to swap an item, the fastest way is:

Once approved, send the item back

Place a new order for the product you want
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Your bank or payment provider may take a few days to process the refund
